LPAC Weekly Report: The New Paradigm for Mankind, Feb. 26, 2014 (+lista ...

The worst drought in 130 years has hit the North American continent, but it appears mild in comparison to other such events in the biogelogical record. The key states of Texas and California are already starting to die, as a precursor to the fate of many, unless we overthrow the Obama regime and restore a society which can address the following five research areas of our future.

1. What is the relationship between the Helium-3 radiation from the sun (and its variation), and the characteristics of the sun's activity?

2. What are the galactic factors in solar processes and their effect on Earth's biological characteristics (e.g., weather)?

3. What is the energy flux density employed by mankind in comparison to the processes required to modify these solar systemic and Earthly biological characteristics? How do we achieve the necessary energy flux density?

4. What is and how do we reach the general productivity of labor required to wield this increased energy flux density?

5. How do we understand and control the factor of carbon dioxide, which influences, e.g. biological productivity relative to the solar and other circumstances on the Earth?
